ENTRIES close midday the Thursday before the weekend of Competition although classes will close early if full. Late entries only accepted where space available £5 extra. Please enter via our online entry system.
OPEN TO ALL. Non-members and Members of British eventing. 
Optimum time is 375m per minute

Courses will be run over a section of Show Jumps followed by a section of natural fences, some will be solid and some will be knock down (approx. 16 jumps) Rules: Classes will be run under closest to an optimum time 350m per minute – The second part of the course will be timed to decide the placings. Clear rounds will take precedence.

Classes 80cm and upwards qualify for the SEEL Arena Eventing Championships that is being held at Pyecombe on Sunday 25^th February.  Combinations 1^st-10^th Qualify

Coombelands are holding a Grass Roots Championship for Classes from 60cm-80cm which will be held on Sunday 18th February – All combinations qualify who have competed and Completed any of our Coombelands Arena eventing/Arena Challenge competitions from November 2017- February 2108.

From 1^st January 2018 to 22 July 2018 1^st-6^th Placings in all Arena Eventing competitions qualify for the Sunshine Tour at Hickstead in September. This year you need to apply for a Personal Qualifier form which you bring to the qualifying show Venue for the Secretary to sign on the day of Qualification.

You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Coombelands Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

First Aid £4 per Rider.
SPECIAL REQUESTS - Special requests will be considered but should be entered into the class notes when entering online. If you are travelling with someone and need similar times please state AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. NO special requests after entry.

Withdrawals If you need to withdraw a 50% refund will be given if you withdraw by the Wednesday before the show. NO REFUNDS/transfers to another date given after this unless your entry can be filled .
