DRAWN ORDER - There will be a drawn order and individual times for each class which will show on the times page on Coombelands website from midday the day before the show
SPECIAL REQUESTS - Special requests will be considered but should be entered into the class notes when entering online. If you are travelling with someone and need similar times please state AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. NO special requests after entry.

Classes 1,2 and 3 are qualifiers for Coombelands Grass Roots Championhips in February. To qualify - compete and complete in any of Coombelands Arena Eventing/arena challenge competitions up to and including 85cm between November 2017- February 2018

Show Information

ENTRIES close midday the Thursday before the weekend of Competition although classes will close early if full. Late entries only accepted where space available £5 extra. Please enter via our online entry system.
OPEN TO ALL. Non-members and Members of British eventing. 
Optimum time is 325m per minute

Courses will be run over a section of Show Jumps followed by a section of natural fences, some will be solid and some will be knock down (approx. 14-18 jumps) Rules: Classes will be run under closest to an optimum time 325m per minute – The second part of the course will be timed to decide the placings. Clear rounds will take precedence over faults

The Above shows qualify for SEEL Arena Eventing Championships, Coombelands Grass Roots Arena Eventing Championships & Sunshine Tour Championships at Hickstead

Classes 80cm and upwards qualify for the SEEL Arena Eventing Championships that is being held at Pyecombe on Sunday 25th February.  Combinations 1st-10th Qualify

Coombelands are holding a Grass Roots Championship for Classes from 60cm-80cm which will be held on the 18th February – All combinations qualify who have competed and Completed any of our Coombelands Arena eventing/Arena Challenge competitions from November 2017- February 2108.

 

From 1st January 2018 to 22 July 2018 1st-6th Placings in all Arena Eventing competitions qualify for the Sunshine Tour at Hickstead in September. This year you need to apply for a Personal Qualifier form which you bring to the qualifying show Venue for the Secretary to sign on the day of Qualification.

You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Coombelands Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

First Aid £4 per Rider.

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWALS - If you need to withdraw a 50% refund will be given if you withdraw by the Wednesday before the show. PLEASE BE AWARE NO REFUNDS/TRANSFERS to another date given after this.
