Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings & payment in advance only.
You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Once a slot has been booked the icon will be removed:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Summerhouse Equestrian.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes especially if you bring 4 or more horses

Practice your dressage for £30 per half hour. For an additional £10, we can play your CD or play your music off your Bluetooth device via our PA system so you can practice your music test during your hire

Withdrawals/Refunds

Summerhouse Equestrian is only required to repay 50% of entry fees in respect of all entry cancellations received by the Show Secretary no later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first class is scheduled to start. Later cancellations received by the Show Secretary will not be refunded or transferred, including on-the-day entries. This also applies for Unaffiliated Competitions.

Terms & Conditions

Summerhouse Dressage Arena Hire Schooling Day £30 for 30 minute slot – all slots to be booked online at https://summerhouseequestrian.com/arena-venue-hire/ • Dressage Arena’s built with closed dressage boards set for a 20m x 60m arena but can be altered to 20m x 40m, as required. Please ensure that the dressage arenas are returned to 20m x 60m after your hire. Terms & Conditions: • Payment must be received in advance of the hire, using our online booking system • Please check into the Show Office before using the dressage arenas • Hire times must be adhered to, if this time period is not respected an additional charge will incur for the additional time overrun or the slot will be forfeited • A maximum of 2 horse per dressage arena slot please • If you change the length of the dressage arenas, please ensure that they are returned to their original measurements after your hire • Please pick up all droppings in the arena. Any droppings left in the arena after the hire will incur a £10 charge • All breakages are to be reported to the Show Office and paid for before leaving the facilities. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of £10 per unreported item. Costs are: Dressage Board - £100 each Damaged Trees/Plants - £20 each • All competitors are required to wear headgear that complies with the highest current safety standard • Summerhouse Equestrian, it’s Partners, and/or it’s Employees accept no responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury or damage to personal property incurred as a result of any direct or indirect negligence by the Hirer or the User I confirm I have read the above and by ticking the box I accept the Terms & Conditions of use and I am responsible for ensuring that they are followed and adhered to at all times With your booking you acknowledge that you are taking part in a risk sport and that you are a competent rider at the level you are riding. Your payment constitutes agreement to Summerhouse Equestrian's Rules and Regulations.
