Drawn Orders will be published after 5pm FRIDAY. Please take note of your individual start times, but allow classes to run a little early. Summerhouse is not eligible to refund or transfer entries of competitors who miss their time slot.

Rule 414. Start Heights 75cm / 85cm. DRAWN ORDER In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule - 76.6 For registered ponies not exceeding 138cms, to be ridden by Junior Members, ages in accordance with Rules 77.12 & 77.13. This competition is open to all but for qualification purposes, those riders up to the end of the calendar year in which the age of 10 is reached are eligible to enter irrespective of Points achieved. Riders aged 10 years and over on 1 January in the calendar year must not have won a total of 350 Points in the 128cms Section and 700 Points in the 138cms section. 128cms ponies are not permitted to enter the 138cms Section. Pony/Rider combinations in the Silver League and Gold League Riders are not eligible for the Stepping Stones Final. Once Riders have competed at, or have ever qualified for RIHS or HOYS on any height pony they are no longer eligible to compete in the Final. Once a pony has qualified with any rider for RIHS or HOYS in the current year, then it is not eligible to compete in the final. Qualifies for: Four double clear rounds to qualify for the British Showjumping National Championships. Qualifying Period: 1st January-30th June. Numbers to qualify: Those pony/rider combinations who achieve four double clears (subject to revision) will qualify for the Final. Rule 410. DRAWN ORDER. Horses / ponies may only compete in one section. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule - 76.6 British Novice: For registered ponies in Grade JD and JC that have not won a total of 150 Points to be ridden by Junior Members, ages as per Rule 77.12/77.13. Qualifies for: Pony British Novice Championship Second Rounds. Qualifying period 1st May-30th April inclusive. Numbers to qualify: Those ponies that jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four Pony British Novice First Round competitions held in the qualifying period will qualify to compete in a Pony British Novice Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). Ponies in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain their double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular Pony British Novice First Round competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition. 80cm Open: For registered ponies to be ridden by Junior Members. If combined with an open: In the event of 15 or more starters this class will be split with two sets of prize money. Ponies may enter one section only. Pre-entry only. Numbers to qualify: Those ponies that jump a clear round in the First Round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off in at least four Blue Chip Pony Newcomers First Round competitions held in any qualifying period will qualify to compete in a Pony Newcomers Second Round, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). The winner of a particular Blue Chip Pony Newcomers First Round competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition. Ponies in the class must go into the jump-off and go clear to gain their double clear round qualification. The Open Section is open to all. Registered ponies competing in either the Open or the Newcomers Section, ridden by Junior Members who have not won a total of 500 Points are eligible for double clear qualification for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.00m Championship. Qualifies for: Four double clears will qualify for the Pony Restricted Rider 1.00m Championship to be held at the British Show Jumping National Championships. Qualifying period: 1st May-30th April. Qualification is Pony/rider Combination. Riders who have accrued points on the Pony Gold League are not eligible to compete in the Restricted Rider 1.00m Final. All shows will be attended by a First Aider. First Aid £3 per rider, per day.

Prize Information
Prize money not collected on the day will be forefitted. All prize money is paid back on card (debit or credit), or can be deducted from your bill. No cash price money will be paid.

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWALS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SHOW. WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY WITHDRAWALS BEFORE 2PM THE DAY BEFORE, ENABLING OTHERS TO HAVE AN ENTRY. If you have entered but cannot attend, YOUR ENTRIES WILL BE TRANSFERRED! Entries not made online will be charged a £5 admin fee.
In accordance with British Showjumping Rule 79.5.1, Summerhouse is only required to repay 50% of entry fees in respect of all entry cancellation received by the Show Secretary no later than 48hours before noon of the day on which the first class is scheduled to start. Later cancellations received by the Show Secretary will not be refunded or transferred, including on-the-day entries.

Terms & Conditions
1. The show organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without assigning a reason.
2. The show organisers have the right to cancel any part or the whole of the show.
3. No unauthorised persons shall enter the show or collecting rings.
4. The judges’ decision is final. All objections must be lodged in writing with the Show Secretary within 30 minutes of the completion of judging of the competition involved. A deposit of £20.00 must accompany the objection, which will be returned if the Jury of Appeal upholds the objection.
5. Correct and safe dress must be worn at all times. Protective headgear must be worn at all times when mounted on any part of the showground. It is the duty of riders in the interest of safety, to ensure that their headgear provides proper protection, is correctly fitted and remains in place.
6. All owners and riders (where applicable, parents or guardians) of horses/ponies competing in any Jumping/Dressage event shall be deemed to be subject to the Rules & Regulations of British Showjumping/British Dressage.
7. Each competitor, owner or where applicable, parent or guardian, shall be solely responsible for consequences of loss or damage done to, occasioned by, or arising from any animal in their care and indemnity the Show organisers & Summerhouse EC, their officials, agents & invites against all liabilities, damages, actions, claims, proceedings, costs and/or expense in relation to or arising from his/her presence at the show.
8. The show organisers nor Summerhouse EC, their officials and agents can not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, loss or damage, how so ever caused, arising out of or at the show.
9. All Payments must be made by cash or cards only.
10. Any entries unpaid by the end of the show day will incur an additional £10 admin charge. This includes declined cards and for each returned/damaged cheque
11. Please note that if shows are busy we may restrict entries and close classes. To guarantee an entry please pre-enter online. Entries will only be taken on the day if space and time allows.
12. Riders competing in a show jumping class before entering will be charged an additional £3.
13. No refund of entry fees as stated in the relevant Societies Rule book (BD Rule 38A and British Showjumping Rule 79.5).
14. Unaffiliated competitions will be run in accordance to the Rule Book of the relevant discipline.
15. Prize money in accordance with British Showjumping Rule 76.6 and British Dressage Rule 40.
16. As per British Showjumping Rule 31.5 unaccompanied Competitors must provide the Show organiser a contact telephone number in case of an emergency.
17. Rules on stallions as per British Showjumping Rule 82.20 and 102.12 (as per 2015 Members Handbook) and British Dressage Rule 62.
18. Medical cover in accordance of British Showjumping rule 73.8e.
19. All dogs to be kept on leads at all times including in the lorry park.
20. There is a £20 fine for any dog mess not picked up
21. There is a £10 fine for any horses tied up outside the horse box, that dig a hole in our car park
22. There is a £50 fine for any horse poo emptied out onto the car park
23. There is a £10 fine for any painted poles, used as ground poles
24. Due to the huge volume of traffic on and off the site, we are unable to keep the main entrance gate closed. Please be aware of this and do not tie horses up outside their box. Please only enter if you are happy to accept that the gates are open at all times, when the centre is open.
25. With your booking you acknowledge that you are taking part in a risk sport and that you are a competent rider at the level you are entering.
