Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries are accepted on the day or you can enter in advance using the Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Weston Lawns.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Membership runs from Jan 1st to Dec 31st each year (£10 per year or £2 per visit) and is a REQUIREMENT for competing at our unaffiliated events
Entry Fee: Classes £10 each.
The above classes are open to all - you do not need to be a member of Trailblazers to compete! If you would like to become a Trailblazers member, cards can be purchased from the secretary’s office.
All Competitors must become a minimum of a bronze member of Weston Lawns. Membership forms are available on the day from the office. Membership runs 1st Jan to 31st December, annually.
Prize Money will be dependant on number of starters:
5 Starters = 1st Place, 10 Starters = 1st and 2nd Place, 15 Starters = 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place
All courses are built on ‘horse’ distances.
Competitors must ensure that they warm up in the correct collecting ring – please note that we may be running other competitions on the same day; in the interests of safety the collecting rings for each event will be separate. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in elimination.
Classes will be run under British Showjumping rules – except we will allow 3 refusals.
Dress for the unaffiliated jumping will be competition wear those taking part in clear round do not need to wear a riding jacket.
Entries will not be accepted – under any circumstances – without payment.
Prize money will not be paid until payment has been received for entry, and must be collected on the day of competition. Any monies not collected, will be forfeited.
Children must not be left of the premises unattended!
Horses and Ponies must not be left tied up to the lorry / trailer.
Stables must be left clean and tidy with banks up. Only stables booked may be used.
The expense of any veterinary services rendered either on or after the Show must be borne by the competitor or owner of stock.
If you are competing at Weston Lawns and have travelled alone, you must notify the Secretary and leave contact details in case of an emergency.
Weston Lawns accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to persons or their property whilst on our premises. It is recommended that all items of value be locked away at all times.
