THE COURSE : Approximately 7.5 miles of open farm land and grass tracks with a variety of optional jumps to suit all standards from 2’3 to 3.0’.

Entries in advance or on the day. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Bagnum Equestrian Centre Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Riders must find their own sponsors and obtain the money from sponsors BEFORE the day of the event.
Early Entry fee of £17 to be paid in advance as well as minimum sponsorship of £10 to be paid on the day
Late/on the day entries £20 with at least £10 sponsorship fee.
A £5 deposit will be required for hiring number bibs - This will be refunded on the return of your bib
CASH ONLY PAYMENTS ON THE DAY.
AMBULANCE/FIRST AID in attendance (£3 donation required to be paid with entry fee)

Prize Information
PRIZES Everyone completing the course will receive a rosette. There will be a prize for the rider with the most money raised, as well as a prize for the most money raised by an under 16 year old. Results will be published by 2pm.

SPONSORSHIP: Riders must find their own sponsors and obtain the money from them before the day of the event. ENTRY FEE: £15.00 PER PERSON as well as a minimum sponsorship of £10 each to be paid in FULL in cash on the day of the event.

Terms & Conditions
The Organisers will not be responsible for any damage, loss or any injury whatsoever, which is suffered by or to any entrant, their property or servants which may arise directly or indirectly out of or in connecton with the cross country ride and other events. It is a conditon of acceptance of any entry that every entrant shall indemnify the organisers and landowners against any claim or damage, loss or injury which results directly or indirectly from any acton or negligence on their part. 1. All riders MUST wear correctly ftng approved protectve headgear conforming to ASTM, PAS 015, SEI, VG1 or SNELL E2001, carrying BSI Kite Mark, which includes a retaining harness secured to the shell at more than two points 2. Body protectors are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and should be BETA level 3. 3. Riders MUST wear a medical armband which must be visible—medical forms will be available on the day 4. Riders aged 14 and under must be accompanied on the ride by a responsible and suitably experienced adult. 5. All horses / ponies to be 4 years or over. 6. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure their horse is ft and healthy enough to complete the chosen distance comfortably. Please 7. The horse’s passport and a current valid vaccinaton certfcate must be brought on the day otherwise entry may be refused. 8. Instructons of organisers, ofcials and stewards must be followed to promote the safety of everyone present. 9. For safety reasons, riders to start in groups of at least 2 and no more than 6. 10. Please leave the parking area as you found it—don’t muck out your trailer or lorry in the parking area, and take your dung home with you. Thank you! 11. Dogs to be kept on leads at all tmes 12. Entry fees are a vital part of our fundraising, and are not refundable 13. Every rider must donate at least the minimum of £10 before startng 14. Top Prizes will be decided according to the amount of fundraising presented on the day, and the result declared at 1pm. 15. Instructons from course marshals must be followed. 16. Passing is allowed, with consideraton to other riders. 17. Riders must keep to the feld margins and avoid crops 18. Any irresponsible rider will be instructed to leave the course. 19. Young children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the ride. 20. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any horse/pony which in their opinion is unsound or in unft conditon 21. The ride MUST NOT be treated as an xc schooling round, riders are welcome to jump the jumps available but they must not be overused.
