The Cross Country courses will be open for inspection from approximately 2.30pm on the Friday before the event.

The competition is guided by BE rules.  Competitors should make themselves aware of the rules.

Stopwatches are allowed.

Horse/pony must be 5 years or older except for the 70cm and 80cm classes where the horse/pony must be at least 4 years old.  Ponies must be over 137cm in height except for the 70cm class.

Combinations entering Class 1, 2 and 3 cannot enter Class 10 or 11.

Riders in Classes 1, 2 and 3 may be 10yrs old.

Entries in advance, online entries preferred. Telephone & E-mail entries will not be accepted.
To enter:
A: You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Snowball Farm.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
B: Complete an Entry Form and send it together with your cheque made payable to “Snowball Farm" to: Show Secretary, Snowball Farm, Dorney Wood Road, Burnham, Bucks, SL1 8EH

 Combinations entering an Individual class and a pairs class - £50.00 per rider - pls call 01628 666222 to make your entry.

 Those who withdraw in writing before the closing date will have their entry fee (excluding the online booking fee), less an admin fee of £4.00 per class refunded.  Entry fees under any other circumstances will not be refunded.  All competitors who withdraw for whatever reason must inform the Show Secretary on 01628 666222 or by email on shows@snowballfarm.co.uk

Entries close 5pm the Sunday before the competition.  There will be no entries on the day except for Clear Round classes and only if space and time permits.  The making of an entry indicates your acceptance of these conditions.  Online entries preferred.  Telephone and email entries will not be accepted. Postal entries are accepted with completed debit/credit card details which must be signed.  The Show Secretary must be informed of any changes to the original entry of the rider or horse/pony.  Change of Horse and Rider is not permitted.

Please add £5.00 for paramedic cover.

Late entries are subject to £5.00 per class late entry fee and are subject to space.

Incomplete entries will not be counted.
