Payment Details & Event Fees
Send entries in advance to Wellington Riding. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
All prize monies will be paid by BACs to the rider.

Bookings for stabling completed via a phone will encounter a £1.50 charge for administration fees.
Temporary boxes on site £45 first night. Subsequent nights £35 – Basic Shavings bed included. Day stables £25.
Shavings on sale £9.60 per bale or bring your own.
Limited hook up £65 per night or £90 for 2 or more nights.
No stabling refunds after booking.
We require a £10.00 clean stable deposit to be paid in cash to the Secretary on arrival. This £10.00 deposit can be collected on departure after inspection.

Hot & Cold drinks, meals & snack available from the Nosebag Restaurant.

RULES:
Run under BD rules.
Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a risk sport and therefore, Wellington Riding and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, riders, owners or other persons or property.
If weather conditions are extreme, please ring and check in case of cancellation.
Please note that flash photography is strictly forbidden.
Mobile phones should be switched off during competitions.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on site.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
For safety reasons, the gate across the main driveway must be kept closed at all times.
