Rule 316. In the event of insufficient entries lower prizes may be withheld. Rule - 76.6. First rosette kindly sponsored by KBIS Insurance. In the event of 30 starters or more, the class will be split with two sets of prize money awarded. British Novice - For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 125 points ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior members. Qualifies for: KBIS Insurance British Novice Championship - Second Round. Qualifying period yearly 1st May - 30th April inclusive. Numbers to qualify: Those horses which jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four KBIS Insurance British Novice First Round competitions held in any qualifying period will qualify to compete in and attend four KBIS Insurance British Novice Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A rules (Rule 191). Horses in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain a double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular KBIS Insurance British Novice competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition. 90cm Open - For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.

Qualifies for: Nupafeed Supplements Discovery Championship Second Round. Qualifying period: 1st May-30th April inclusive. Discovery a) For Horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 225 points. Four Double Clears will qualify - in accordance with Rule 314.6. b) For all horses that are five years or under at the year that the final is going to be held, irrespective of points. Horses will only be eligible for double clear qualification to Second Rounds if they reach the age of five years or under in the same calendar year as the Discovery Final - in accordance with Rule 314.6 Numbers to qualify: Those horses that jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four First Round competitions held in any qualifying period, will qualify to compete in and attend four Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). Four double clears will qualify - in accordance with rule 312.6. (b) For all registered horses that are six years or under at the year that the final is going to be held, irrespective of points. Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of six years or under in the same calendar year as the Senior Newcomers Final - in accordance with rule 312.6 Four double clears to qualify. Four double clears will qualify for the Senior Newcomers Second Rounds. Qualifying period 1st June - 31st May inclusive. 1.10m Open - For registered horses ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.

Riders who have ever competed as a team member of any Senior International Team (4* or 5* Nations Cup in the last 10 years, World, European Championships & Olympic Games) are not eligible. Pony Riders, Children, Juniors and Young Riders who have ever competed in Nations Cup/International Team Events and European Championships in the last five years are not eligible (excluding Veterans and Para Teams). Dodson & Horrell 85cms National Amateur First Round competition held in the qualifying period will qualify to compete in any of the Dodson & Horrell National Amateur 85cms Second Round competitions, irrespective of their placing for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A rules (Rule191) Horses in the class must go into the jump-off and go clear in order to gain a double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular Dodson & Horrell 85cms National Amateur First Round Competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition. Terms & Conditions
* The Show Organisers reserve the right to cancel, add or amend any of the Competitions as they see fit. * All classes listed in this schedule will be judged in accordance with the current British Show Jumping rule book and the affiliated classes are confined to horses and ponies registered with the British Show Jumping and must be owned and ridden by members in accordance with Rule 79. Prizes may be withheld under Rule76.6 * Unaccompanied Competitors must provide the Show Organiser with a contact telephone number in case of emergency (under Rule 31.5). * If a person lodges an objection, such an objection should be made in writing, and a £100 deposit paid to the Secretary within half an hour of the event. The deposit will be refunded if the objection is sustained * Neither Snowball Farm Equestrian Centre, nor any of their representatives or Staff shall in any way be liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss whatsoever caused to anyone. Whether competing, servant, spectator, horse or horse vehicle or property, however caused in connection with or arising out of the show. * The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without reason. * The decision of the Judge is final. * Competitors must wear correct riding clothes including protective head covering. Any person on the show ground must wear protective headgear whilst riding. * All classes will start promptly * The expense of any veterinary services rendered either at or after the show must be borne by the competitor or owner of the stock. * Entry constitutes an agreement to be bound by & to abide by the Rules & Regulations of Snowball Farm Equestrian Centre * Dogs to be on leads at all times. * Health & Safety –Reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the Health & Safety of persons present. For these measures to be effective all Competitors and/or Spectators must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser and all the Officials and Stewards. * Entries will only be accepted with payment (open cheques accepted) * If a Competitor does not turn up when his number is called he/she will be put to the end of the class. * Classes will not be held up, if you do not turn up your entry will be forfeited. * Rule 164.1 will be applied. * Entries will close for the first class 30mins after it commences. * Any point not covered may be referred to the Secretary, whose decision is final. * Rule 82.20 applies. * If a Competitor enters a class it will be assumed they wish to compete. There will be NO REFUNDS. Please do not ask as we do not wish to offend. Don’t forget your current Horse Registration and Membership Cards when making your entries
