RIDERS may enter more than 1 pony, but points will be accumulated
by each
1. No Claim can be entered for anything that may happen to
competitors. Spectators, their property, servants, horses or ponies in
connection with or rising out of this event and admission is granted
and entries accepted only on this condition.
2. Competitors hats must bear the CE mark and a quality symbol,
either the BSI Kitemark, the SAI Global symbol or official Snell label
with number. Hats must be worn at all times while mounted with the
chin strap done up. Appropriate riding clothes must be worn by
competitors. Body cage keys must be given to the secretary (please
place in a labelled envelope).
3. The decision of the judge is final. Any objections must be made
within 15 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of
£20.00, which is refundable if the objection is sustained.
4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the entry or entries made
by any person if they deem fit to do so, and the right to cancel any
class or classes refunding any fees in respect thereof.
5. No unauthorised persons are allowed in the rings.
6. The right of admission is reserved
7. Dogs are only allowed on the showground if on a lead and under
control of a responsible person.
8. No entries refunded without Vet or Doctors Certificate.
9. Health and Safety: The organisers of this event have taken
reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone
present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take
reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and
must obey the instruction of the organisers, officials and stewards.
10. Show jumping classes are judged under current Pony Club Rules
