Entries Close on Friday 13th June
Depending on the number of entries, the organisers reserve the right to run classes 1 and 1a and 2 and 2a concurrently.
Junior entries are for any child under the age of 16 on THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

DRESSAGE
British Eventing tests will be used for Dressage and are available from their website: www.britisheventing.com. (Choose “About Us” then choose “Downloads” on the bottom left hand column).

SHOW JUMPING
This phase will be run on an all weather arena over a full set of BJSA approved jumps. Warm-up will be indoors on two surfaces.

CROSS COUNTRY
Pre Intro – 80cm/ 2’9” max Intro- 90 cm/ 2’11” max. Both courses have been designed and built to British Eventing standards and heights. They are suitable for both first timers and the more experienced rider. The course will be well designed with ditches and an encouraging water splash has been included in both courses. Bury Farm will do everything possible to ensure good going.

Entries in advance. No entry forms will be accepted without payment.
£10 START FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS EVENT

ONLINE ENTRIES You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Bury Farm Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.

POSTAL ENTRIES will be accepted on the attached entry form and sent to the Entries Secretary: ODE Secretary, Bury Farm EC, Mill Road, Slapton, Bucks, LU7 9BT, Please make cheques payable to BFEC.

FAXED ENTRIES will be accepted on Fax: 01525 222121 please included credit card details as form of payment.

Any alterations to entries (i.e. change of rider/class/horse/day) will be made at the Organisers discretion (and may incur a charge of £10)

Withdrawals/Refunds

Refunds will be given at the Organisers discretion.

Terms & Conditions

By entering any equestrian class or competition run or held at Bury Farm EC you acknowledge that you are taking part in a risk sport and are a competent rider at the level to which you are competing.

RULES
Horses/Ponies must be 4years of age or older
To compete in classes 1a and 2a junior riders must be 16 years of age or younger on the date of the competition – horses and ponies of any height are eligible.
Points in British Eventing will not apply.
Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted and to comply with British Eventing and Pony Club rules.
Number Bibs, Body Protectors and medical armbands MUST be worn for the cross country phase and body protectors are highly recommended for the showjumping phase. These can be purchased on site.
ATV’s and motorbikes are not permitted.
Any horse or pony, which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy by a Judge or the Organisers will be excluded from further competition without refund of entry fee.
Incivility to any Bury Farm officials will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
The decision of the Organisers is final.
The competition is Unaffiliated but will be run in the spirit of British Eventing Rules

Bury Farm has a large livery business, so please respect out of bounds areas which will be clearly marked and all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

OBJECTIONS
Objections must be made in writing within half an hour of the incident together with a £100 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
